Description
What It Is:
A 'Who I Am' worksheet designed to help students reflect on and share information about themselves. It includes sections for full name, ethnicity/race/culture, hobbies/extracurricular activities, graduating class, birthday, family, a self-portrait, an accomplishment they are proud of, places they have lived, a person they look up to, pets, things they have never done, where they spend their time, a most memorable recent event, qualities of a good teacher, and a favorite childhood memory. There is also a 'Favorite' section with spaces for food, music/radio station, TV show, book/magazine, sports/team, color, movie, and class/subject.
Grade Level Suitability:
